Adaptation of customary conditions for a motorcycle ride on the snow (usually by replacing a single wheel on the caterpillar, and the other on the ski), nobody will be surprised. But when such a device is done with the electric – it is still a novelty.

The bike named Quantya – is gone. This electric snowbike made on the basis of a motorcycle Quantya MX, but the wheels he alternates traditionally for designers of such machines – the caterpillar and the front ski.

According to the creators of the prototype, the biggest problem – is that the battery sits down quickly – because it is winter in the cold, when the charge is spent much more quickly than in the warm season.

We test this machine with different types of batteries are held in the headquarters of the company Quantya in Switzerland – engineers are trying to find the perfect solution – and that went well, and is quickly discharged.
